At 8:30 am on December 15th, the college held the opening ceremony of a study tour for the Eastern Vocational Education Center in Jinzhou Petroleum Hotel. Sun Chengzhi, vice president of the college, attended the ceremony and delivered a welcome speech. Li Peng, director of the International Exchange and Cooperation Department, Zi Wei, deputy dean of the School of International Education, Qi Xiangyang, head of the petrochemical department, Duan Shubin, secretary, and Liu Xiaojun, deputy director, attended the opening ceremony. Director Qi Xiangyang presided over the ceremony.
