百事公司环境、健康和安全政策

环境管理和员工健康与安全保护以我们的核心价值观为指导,帮助我们实现 赢目标,这是我们实现加速、可持续增长的指南。员工的健康和安全以及环境保护是百事公司最关心的问题,我们希望工作场所不发生任何事故。我们通过百事公司全球环境、健康和安全管理系统 (GEHSMS) 实施这一环境、健康和安全 (EHS) 政策。Environmental stewardship and health and safety protections for our people are guided by our core values and help us deliver Winning with Purpose, our guide for achieving accelerated, sustainable growth. The Health and Safety of our employees and protection of the environment are of the upmost concern to PepsiCo, and we aspire to an incident-free workplace. We implement this Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) policy through the PepsiCo Global Environmental, Health and Safety Management System (GEHSMS).

We conduct regular audits to assess conformance with our standard and compliance with our legal obligations.

5. 绩效衡量:我们对照环境、健康和安全绩效目标,建立有意义的衡量标准并监控我们的绩效,利用这些衡量标准指导我们不断改进。Performance Measurement: We establish meaningful metrics and monitor our performance against our environmental, health and safety performance goals, using these metrics to guide our continual improvement.

7. 利益相关者参与:我们与承包商、特许装瓶商、供应商、客户和当地社区合作,减少日常运营、技术和产品对环境、健康和安全的影响。我们与政府、学术界、非政府组织、商业协会和其他利益相关方合作,努力为我们在业务活动中面临的环境、健康和安全挑战制定有效且可持续的解决方案。Stakeholder Engagement: We engage with contractors, licensed bottlers, suppliers, customers and local communities to reduce the environmental, health and safety impacts of our daily operations, technology and products. Working with governments, academia, nongovernmental organizations, business associations and other interested stakeholders, we strive to develop effective and sustainable solutions to environmental, health and safety challenges we face in our business activities.

8. 年度审查:我们每年都会审查和报告公司在执行本政策方面的进展,并根据需要进行更新。Annual Review: We annually review and report on the progress of the company’s performance in implementing this policy and update it as needed.

我们的高层领导有责任确保本政策在百事公司全球范围内得到理解、有效传达和执行。所有员工都有责任了解本政策对其日常工作实践的影响,并应践行和支持上述原则。It is the responsibility of our senior leaders to ensure this policy is understood and effectively communicated and implemented throughout PepsiCo worldwide. All employees are responsible for understanding the impacts of this policy on their day-to-day work practices and are expected to practice and support the principles stated above.
